All orders are shipped free via USPS Priority Mail. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday – Friday, will ship the next business. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next available business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number via the email address associated with your order.
Please allow 7 business days for eCheck payments to clear. Allow 1 business day for order review and processing of all other payments. After shipping estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days. However, these timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, closures due to bad weather, problems with the United States Postal Service, or any products on backorder.

We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. All products must be returned unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. If for any reason you did not receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
If you receive a damaged item, you must report the issue to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. Within the 48-hour timeframe, you will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged along with photo proof of damage caused during shipping. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are only for the exact item purchased unless the product is no longer available.
