All orders are shipped for free via USPS Priority Mail. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Please allow 5 business days for eCheck payment to clear. After shipping, estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days. However, these timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, closures due to bad weather, problems with the United States Postal Service, or any products on backorder. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship within 5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number via the email address associated with your order.

We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. All products must be returned unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. If, for any reason, you did not receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
If you receive a damaged item, you must report the issue to customer service within 24 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. Within the 24-hour timeframe, you will need to provide detailed information about any product damaged along with photo proof of damage caused during shipping. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
