Food List For HCG Diet Plan- What To Eat And What To Avoid
The HCG Diet is extremely low in fat and calories. It is used in conjunction with HCG Therapy. It is a restricted diet, which means you must limit the number of calories you consume each day and keep track of everything you eat. Most HCG dieters stick to a 500-calorie diet daily calorie limit and eat only HCG-approved meals. Losing weight with HCG takes commitment and enough dedication to your weight loss efforts due to the restrictive nature of the diet.

Starting your HCG journey requires discipline and commitment, but the benefits are quick and rewarding, making your efforts worthwhile.
